HA HA I recognize that water :drool: - me an Gaylesville to Trion were well acquainted - that Striper in your first pic was a loooong way from Weiss - that dye plant made the Chatooga blue more than once when I lived out there. I hate to see all those little towns build up along the river, wish there was a 1/2 mile greenbelt mandated - got some real FOND memories and many 100+ Striped bass days on a few stretches there in summer.

Pretty amazing that Striper will swim through multiple municipal sewage lagoons to get to cooler water.

Whats that NOISE? Is it an airplane? Is it an airboat? No its that crazy jet boat guy comin around the bend, going where none dared to take a boat before :geyes:

You guys on that watershed are truly blessed with some amazing fishing at times, just have to get by Lyerly low head and you are good to go as long as ya got enough momentum and a chainsaw.
